Stock Level Locations

I am writing to submit a feature enhancement request for the ATLAS eMAR mobile devices and central system. Currently, the system displays an excellent total aggregate stock level for each resident's prescribed medication. However, in a busy care environment, a resident's total stock is frequently split across multiple physical locations within the home (for example, a portion is loaded into the active Medication Trolley, while the remainder of the cycle is stored in the main Treatment Room Medication Cupboard).

We believe it would drastically improve clinical efficiency and stock control if the ATLAS mobile device could display a granular breakdown of stock by location, alongside the total figure.

  • Treatment Room Medication Cupboard: 28 Tablets
