Stock take reason

When stock is carried out, the system asks for a reason. Please add incorrect amount due to medication possibly being omitted. Or when clicking on 'incorrect stock amount' another drop down menu automatically appears to write in why this might be. And for these to be searchable. If the medication is omitted, can it also be flagged up as an issue on PCS?
