Record pulse readings when they're 'too low' for Digoxin

One of our residents hasn't been taking Digoxin because their pulse is consistently too low. When we informed the GP, they wanted the pulse readings. However, when the 'pulse is too low' on Atlas, no reading is recorded. However, if the pulse is above 60, and the medication is given, the reading is recorded. Is there a way for us to record the pulse even if it is too low?
