Removing medication NOT REQUIRED from monthly order list

It would be helpful if there is way when we are doing our monthly orders, that we can remove the items that are not required from the list generated. Currently the GPs are given a list of all meds for that resident including the ones highlighted as not required for that cycle. it would be easier if the list for the monthly order only lists the medciations required
