In order to improve scanning rate, we would like a report that will show which items have not been scanned to see if there are reasons for not scanning

Thank you for your feedback.
Within the Atlas Scorecard feature there is a section headed Barcode Scanning Success. This section allows you to see at a round level which items each member of staff is selecting using the Barcode Scanner.
As well as allowing you to compare the performance of each member of staff you can also compare Units within the home and Medication rounds.
