Improve the domains for PRN protocol to include more information to replace the need of a paper PRN protocol . We need to be able to add more information required by CQC outline reason for use, signs to monitor, frequency of review, as attached (Having to duplicate EMAR and Paper)
The PRN protocol post assessment comment after the medication had been administered should be on a tab on the left hand side rather than having to go all the way through different steps. Care inspectorate is really focusing on the outcome of PRN meds. The system keeps logging me out and it is frustrating when you are trying to add information but it logs you out. The PRN protocol does not accept so many letters or numerical or sign stuff which again is annoying when you are trying to add information from BNF and save.
