Option to add a clinical note to a medication during the add drug process if the resident has an allergy to it (as some residents may have an intolerance rather than an allergy)

Thank you for your feedback.
We are currently working on improving our allergy functionality, with new features expected to roll out in early 2025. One of the key updates will be the addition of an acknowledgement box, enabling users to record the acknowledgement of an allergy before adding a medication that is linked to it.
