Suspend/Hold Function

The current way of coding 'not given' or stopping and restarting meds manually if a doctor orders us to hold a med for a period of time makes it easy to make errors. A suspend/hold function where we can put a stop and restart date in with an explanation would be far more intuitive and reduce errors.
