Topical Cream

Introduce a dedicated Topical MAR chart specifically for body creams and lotions, separate from medication MARs, to improve clarity, compliance, and auditing. This chart would sit alongside the existing Reports → Topical MAR but be exclusively for non-medicated topical products, allowing staff to clearly record application, frequency, area applied, and consent.

The system should include an integrated body map to visually mark application sites, reduce ambiguity. A printable format would allow easy access for care staff, nurses, and audits, improving documentation accuracy, safeguarding skin integrity management, and reducing missed or duplicated applications.
