Warning on device when there is a stock check discrepancy

Currently ATLAS understands when there is a stock take discrepancy and this is shown on the dashboard. It would be useful if the device flashed up a warning for the user that there maybe a discrepancy before recording to avoid typos.

It would also be useful for a notification of discrepancies to be emailed as they occur.
