Covert administration code

Having a covert administration medication code, such as administered covertly and refused covertly. This would help by not having to remember to go back and write a note as this can sometimes lead to not being done on time which then doesn't reflect accurate information and would also make this easier to see on the eMAR any patterns that arise for refusals of covert etc.
