when completing a stock check, it would be helpful to single out one person, then you could alphabetise their medication and see if there are reoccurring incidents with this particular person and that specific medication
it would also save time going through multiple pages looking for one person

Thank you for your suggestion.
We will need to review the most effective way to do this.
There is already the Stock Movement Report in Atlas Central and with some adjustments this would be able to provide the information you require.
Another option that is already available is the Stock Take Discrepancy alert on your Atlas Central Dashboard. This will display any instances where stock levels have changed and you can select a date range and sort by resident, drug etc.
If your identify an item that you are concerned about you can go into the details for the item on your handset and tick the "Need Stock Take" box. this will prompt for daily stock takes for the item and if they are not carried out it will be reported in your Daily Report.
