when a TMAR Is printed to record signatures of staff applying creams etc can there not be space to have a residents photo added?
we do sign for administration on devices, but record application which is audited every week to ensure creams etc are being applied

Thank you for your very good suggtion.
This is something that we add to future changes to TMARs. I do not have a timescale for this.
If you use our Mcare careplans you can set the creams to managed on Paper / Care Plans and then review the application of the creams accordingly as tasks.
