Remove witness function for some CD Schedule 3 ,4 and 5 medications that don't need it

Pregabalin, Gabapentin, Oral morphine 10mg in 5ml and Tramadol do not need a witness signature as per NICE, Gov, CQC and our local Hospital policy guidelines. Atlas currently does not have the function to turn the witness off for Tramadol or oral morphine 10mg in 5ml leading to 'self witness' events.

Please review the literature and remove the witness function for Nursing homes that want it removed for these Schedule 3, 4 and 5 medications
