During a CQC inspection, I was asked to show the inspector how many missed records we had in the last 30 days and evidence of action taken. I was unable to do this. It would be extremely beneficial if we had a report that could report on any missed records, but to show for 30+ for medication missed or as not given and with a "note " section to outline what had been recorded or action taken.

We are currently reviewing the reports that are available and how they can be generated, either as pre-designed ones or if they can be configured to meet the users requirements.
