Each month I have to count every PRN one by one and tediously determine how many people have had how many PRN doses in a given timeframe. This would also apply to meaningful med reviews.
It would be so much more efficient and accurate to be able to pull off a report for this.
Hi Martin
Thanks for the feedback that's great. When I've raised a ticket with support before they said there's no way to do this , but I shall definitely be trying this moving forwards.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback.
We will be doing a lot of work into the reporting side of Atlas Central, to improve out customer experience.
The good news is that you can obtain the information you have requested at a resideet level by viewing thei CMR Report. These can be viewed in either the Resident Profile Screen, or the Print MAR chart section of Atlas Central. The report will give you not just the running number of PRN administrations over the last 28 days, but it will so display the amount of regular medication administered, allowing you to use it as evidence if for instance a resident is prescribed Take One Senna tablet at Night. If it has only been administered say 5 times out of the last 28 days, this would suggest that it would be better prescribed as PRN.
If you see a lot of A3 (alseep), C3 or C4 (ran out of medication) or B1 (too soon) you may wish to review your MAR charts with a view to amending times and Low Stock ordering processes.
I hope this has been of assistance. However, please do not hesitate to contact our Support Team if you would like more information about this report. 01172001474, Live Chat, or email Support@atlasemar.com
Kind Regards
The Atlas Product Team
