Complete Integration with Ablyss

We are reaching out to request the completion of the integration between Atlas EMAR and Ablyss/Blyssful software to ensure a more streamlined process. Specifically, we need a record of medications administered via Atlas to be reflected in Blyssful, ensuring continuity in our records.

After speaking with your team, we were informed that only an API key needed to be provided to Blyssful to finalise the integration. However, upon discussing this with Ablyss, they have mentioned that they have attempted to contact PCS multiple times with no response. They have also stated that the integration is not actually live on their end yet, suggesting a breakdown in communication.

Could you please look into this and coordinate with Ablyss/Blyssful to resolve the issue? They have provided a contact number 01625 535685 and assured us that the process should be relatively straightforward for the development team to complete.
