Auto Update Status Of Manage Stock Page

I noticed that if we order a monthly medication, then the medication for example was fulfilled by the GP but not sending it to our nominated pharmacy, the status of that medication is not updating if that medication was already fulfilled by the nominated pharmacy (dispatched/requires book in).

Scenario: The GP sent the prescription but not to the nominated pharmacy. So the medication did not arrive and the status in the Manage stock page will not update into PENDING BOOK IN (if the medication was fulfilled by the pharmacy)

Chased up the medication from the GP. The GP said they already sent the prescription.

Asked the nominated pharmacy to get the prescription from the spine, and asked them to fulfil the prescription.

When the nominated pharmacy fulfilled it, the status in the Manage Stock Page is not updated to Pending Book in, but the PCS device says already the requires book in.

I always look at the Page (Manage Stock) rather than checking each devices because it is much easier but it is not updated if the Medication that was ordered in the monthly, hasn't been fulfilled by the pharmacy. Hopefully if the medication was dispatched already, the status will change Also.
