The change you are suggesting is something that is more in line with Care Planning and is already incorpoated within our mCare care planning software. If you would like to learn more about this please do not hesitate to contact us.
Having said that we will not be taking your suggestion forward I would like to suggest a way that you can record this information using the Notes faciliity of Atlas eMAR to achive the desired outcome.
On your handset you can log into the resident profile page and select Add Note option at the top of the page, then select the "Automatically display as a pop-up" You can then write the residnets preferences. This will mean that whenever a member of your team accesses the residents profile page on your handset(s) they will be shown the note.
